Brian Heder is one of the main characters of the upcoming Grand Theft Auto VI. He is a veteran drug runner and owner of a boat yard as well as several properties in the Leonida Keys. He allows Jason to live rent-free in one of his houses in exchange for help with collecting money from tenants and occasionally visiting for a glass of sangria prepared by his third wife, Lori.

A classic figure from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys, Brian continues to move product through his boat yard alongside Lori, while leaving the dirty work to others. Outwardly a laid-back beach bum, he is in reality a shrewd and experienced operator in the criminal underworld. His associates may also include Jason and Cal Hampton, who assist with various aspects of his operations.
