Leonida Keys — a tropical archipelago located in the southern part of the State of Leonida in Grand Theft Auto VI. The islands form the southernmost part of the continental United States, bordered by the Gulf of Mexico and the straits of Leonida.
The Leonida Keys are modeled directly after the Florida Keys, which are mostly situated in Monroe County off the southern coast of Florida. The archipelago combines serene beaches, casual beachside bars, and laid-back island life with the thrill of being surrounded by some of the most beautiful and dangerous waters in America.
