GTA Online: A Safehouse in the Hills is now available

The update “A Safehouse in the Hills” for GTA Online has been released. The game now features luxury mansions, new missions, vehicles, gameplay improvements, and much more.

In addition, with the new update you will be able to meet familiar faces — Michael De Santa and his wife Amanda.

The update is now available for download on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.

New Mansions

Location Selection

• You will gain access to the luxury real estate market: purchase a mansion in one of Los Santos’ most prestigious areas and customize it to your liking.

• The real estate agency Prix Luxury Real Estate offers three mansions in the following areas:

  • The Tongva Estate

  • Richman Villa

  • The Vinewood Residence

Exterior

Along with your new home, you receive landscaped grounds featuring:

• Expansive Driveway;

• Luxurious Outdoor Spaces;

• Restorative Yoga Area (Temporarily boosts the character's stats);

• Lavish Swimming Pool (Temporarily boosts the character's stats);

• Tranquil Hot Tub (Temporarily boosts the character's stats);

• Sturdy Gym Equipment (Temporarily boosts the character's stats);

• Stately Kennels (You can get a cat and a dog; the dog can be petted!);

• Spacious 20-car garage;

• Private Rooftop Helipad.

In addition to the property, you will also receive a Volatus helicopter.

Inside the mansion you will find:

• Master and Guest Bedrooms;

• Relaxing Lounge Area;

• Cozy Cigar Room;

• Engaging Office (inside, there is a Master Control Terminal that allows you to manage all your businesses remotely);

• Elegant Trophy Room (this is where you can display your trophies);

• Secure Vault;

• Private Salon (personal tattoo artist and barber);

Interior Design

You can personalize your mansion by choosing one of three styles:

• San Andreas Coastal,

• Los Santos Loft,

• Vinewood Regency.

After that, the interior can be enhanced with various accessories (with paintings and statues).

Additionally, your new home can be equipped with:

• Podium;

• Armory;

• Arcade;

• Vehicle Workshop (with a GTA+ subscription, you can install modifications from Hao’s Special Works, Benny’s, Drift Tuning, and the Missile Lock-On Jammer).

AI Assistant, Parties, and Security

• The AI concierge will help you manage business and personal matters, including increasing profits through production boosts.

  • Three different personality models are available to choose from.

• You can host parties in the mansion with friends, and to ensure privacy, you can hire personal security.

  • If your businesses are equipped with security upgrades, mercenaries will completely prevent raids on your operations.

New Missions

• A new adventure with Avi Schwartzman awaits, where you need to stop the development of the KnoWay mass surveillance network and reunite with Michael.

• Purchasing a mansion is not required to start the KnoWay Out mission series.

• Career Progress is available for the new missions, offering bonuses and rewards.

New Vehicles and Other Enhancements

• The Pfister X-treme supercar, the Übermacht Sentinel XS4 sedan, and the classic Grotti GT750 sports car have been added.

  • In addition, GTA+ subscribers will also get early access this week to the new Vapid FMJ MK V supercar.

  • Of course, this is not all the new vehicles. More will be released over time as part of the drip-feed.

• Up to 50 vehicles can now be equipped with the Missile Lock-On Jammer (including unarmed aerial vehicles).

• New police and drift vehicles have been introduced.

• The Getaway Driver Random Event has been added, along with four new emotes that can be used while on patrol (Tactical Salute, Baton Twirl, Wasn’t Me, and Flash Badge).

• All versions of GTA Online now feature the new Mission Creator. With this toolset, you can create and publish missions with complex gameplay mechanics, customizable objectives, arbitrary character placement, and more.
